Seeing as there aren't many posters on here these days, can the deletion of posts be stopped. I know the site admin wanted to speed up the forums, but there's hardly much traffic on here is there ?

Pruning is set at 60 days just now. If I didn't reply to someone's email/letter/phone call after 60 days I reckon they'd get the message. I'd be glad to extend the pruning period if everyone else likes reading the same posts over and over again.

If you really like that sort of thing Dependable, cut and paste the posts and keep your own archives on a 250 GB portable hard drive at home. Imagine how impressed folks would be with your unparalleled knowledge of previous posts on the City Pool League Forum. Why it may even lead to an appearance on "Mastermind"

This is beginning to sound like one of those "Top Tips" in VIZ Magazine....and of course entirely tongue in cheek

What the forum really needs are FRESH TOPICS and VARIETY and not old news
