Hi all.

I dont really know how to follow 9ball's intro. Its a really nice job and just goes to show that beneath that side parting there is a brain.

I have played in the city pool league since 1979 and been part of teams that have won all the major honours. I have won the doubles lots of times but never won the singles.(hey ive some great partners) none less than cheesy. My thoughts are always with him in his greatest fight and god willing he will pull through.

I have watched and played with some legends and some proper leg ends.

My hat goes of to the committee with this website as its superb.

look forward to chatting with you all.

Regards,

the voice of reason. 8)

The voice of reason - okay that rules out Roger and Deano!

1979? I am not sure the archives go back that far? Are you sure you won the doubles?

How did you attain VIP status in less than a week? Is it an age thing or because you have your name on a few trophies?
What does it really stand for anyway?

Victorious Impeccable Potter?
Vest In Pants?
Veteran In P1ss-taking?
Very Incontinent Pensioner?

actually loser, its

Verified Impetuous Poster

Plus when you have played in the league for 25 plus years you could attain that status.

But then again you wont last that long. 8)

25 plus years is a long time - I will see if Mr Picknell has enough in the kitty for a carriage clock or something.

Loser? I am actually a Vastly Improved Player you know. OK so I still lose but only to good players and the odd numpty!

How does VOR still have VIP status when I am only a regular player? Surely a new category can be introduced for frequent bullsh1tters?

Tell me Andy how much of his intro was actually true?
