Having a punt

Off for the Ryder Cup and fancy Europe to get off to a flyer this afternoon.

I am backing Europe to lead after the foursomes at 6/5, plus three single bets on Harrington/Karlsson, Garcia/Westwood and Casey/Stenson to win their matches.

Fantastic start. Now I know why I am getting hacked off with the betting. I must be cursed!

Garcia had won all 8 foursomes matches before today so I lump on at the 4/5 and he and Westwood lose.
Then I see Harrington and Karlsson and Rose and Poulter throw away decent leads with some pretty poor play.

I think I will stop before I lose more dosh.
